TOM-S1 low-altitude grid drone intelligent inspection system

The TOM-S1 Safe Campus Solution combines a drone field with a low-altitude grid-based drone intelligent patrol platform to achieve all-weather automatic patrols and early warnings. It uses AI intelligent algorithms to strengthen campus security protection, supplementing the shortcomings of traditional security measures. It covers a wide range of application scenarios from daily patrols to various emergency situations, effectively improving the school’s overall monitoring efficiency and emergency response capabilities.
With the in-depth advancement of the construction of smart campuses and digital security management, traditional manual inspection methods can no longer meet the urgent needs for efficient operation and maintenance and accurate hidden danger detection in special scenarios. The campus covers a large area, has dense facilities and high professional requirements, and there are many challenges such as many inspection blind spots, low efficiency, slow response, and risks of high-altitude operations. To this end, the introduction of TOM-S1, through its all-weather unmanned duty, automatic and precise route planning and high-frequency autonomous flight operation capabilities, has built a drone intelligent inspection system covering the entire campus. The focus is on regular three-dimensional monitoring and data collection of the rooftops of college buildings, equipment and facilities, and key areas. Through high-definition images and precise data analysis, early detection, precise positioning and rapid response to potential safety hazards can be achieved, which is an innovative strategic measure to promote the college’s progress towards a smart and modern higher vocational college.
Limitations of traditional campus supervision
- Surveillance cameras have blind spots;
- Complex terrain areas lack comprehensive coverage;
- Manual patrols are inefficient and information processing is delayed.
Low-altitude grid drone intelligent patrol system

Diversified inspection modes
- Daily automated patrols – scheduled automated patrols of campus public areas along pre-set routes.
- Key area monitoring – enhanced patrols and surveillance of high-traffic areas such as libraries, laboratories, stadiums, and dormitories.
- Perimeter security patrols – regular patrols of campus perimeters to prevent intrusion and inspect perimeter security facilities.

3D digital sandbox
Based on the 3D model of the school, it displays functions such as equipment lists, inspection records, event statistics, airport and drone video previews, route displays, and warning pop-up windows.

Visual analysis section
It provides applications in scenarios such as perimeter security and rooftop control, and achieves "one-picture overview" through unified base maps and heat maps, allowing for comprehensive and accurate inspections.

Real-time monitoring and remote scheduling
Multi-channel high-altitude monitoring of the campus, real-time high-definition live broadcast, remote viewing and tracking of work progress and data at any time.

AI intelligent algorithm
A variety of AI algorithms cover key campus safety scenarios, including anti-jumping, water emergency response, fire warning, crowd monitoring, vehicle violations and wall climbing, and support flexible customization.

Intelligent route mission planning
It supports online route planning and KML import route planning, can configure waypoint actions individually, automatically dispatch tasks, and supports immediate execution, single timing, repeated timing, and continuous execution modes to meet the needs of multiple scenarios.

Personnel scheduling management
Supports monthly, weekly, and biweekly day and night shifts, allowing for flexible response to special arrangements. Comprehensively displays shift schedules and pending events, ensuring team members understand work schedules and emergency alerts. Inspectors and management receive alert information instantly.

Automatic generation of early warning reports
Display alarm information, geolocation, and on-site images, and receive alarms on the web or app. Users can quickly process the information and fill in the processing status on the mobile phone, and the system automatically generates a report.

Cluster Scheduling
It displays the entire system equipment list, allows previewing deployment diagrams, displays environmental and flight data, locates drones on a map in real time, supports direct task dispatching, allows for free combination of video windows, and supports multi-channel video access.

Video electronic fence
Based on drone HD video, AI real-life fences are superimposed, and after the range is set, only abnormal targets within the fence are identified.

Time axis data comparison
Preset focus points, and drones take photos at fixed points to generate time axis data. Users can check and compare data at different time points.

Small drone airport
The IP55 protection level adapts to various environments, has a 10km operating radius, 50 minutes of battery life, 6-layer obstacle avoidance to ensure safety, and 32-minute fast charging to improve efficiency, enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of task execution.

Medium drone airport
It integrates automatic takeoff, precise landing, recovery and parking, and fast charging, and features cloud-based mission planning, weather monitoring, and intelligent temperature control to ensure safe operations around the clock.

Low-altitude grid drone intelligent inspection platform
The platform integrates dispatching, management, and applications. Route planning, equipment supervision, data upload management, and application analysis can be performed through the website, providing one-stop management services for campus, security, transportation, police, etc.
Jiangxi Electric Power Vocational and Technical College
During the in-depth implementation of the “Safe Campus” project, Jiangxi Electric Power Vocational and Technical College innovatively introduced a drone airport system, specifically targeting the actual needs of the college. This meticulously crafted a comprehensive and efficient campus security system, providing solid technical support and strategic optimization for the school’s security department. The project’s planning and implementation encompassed all campuses, enabling 24/7 automated patrol monitoring, significantly enhancing the ability to instantly identify potential safety hazards on campus and significantly reducing response time to potential risks.
